Palladius' Berry Oolong with Sartori Raspberry Parmesan. This is wonderful! This cheese is also quite nice with
Trentatre Rosso Salento (Italian). Picture this: Tea/wine/cheese appetizer with bits of simple toasted slices of
Italian bread perhaps lightly brushed with olive oil and just a hint of garlic and parsley or simply dusted with rock salt.
Add bits of really good dark chocolate (70%) to the tray and you have a really fabulous appetizer!

A favorite tea sandwich: Dubliner Cheddar cheese with thinly sliced Granny Smith apples on soudough complemented
by the addition of organic Dragonwell, Tea Trove Black, or Tropical Dreams for a unqiue taste combination.
